Returns Policy
Refund Policy - the basics
Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Free Returns: We offer free returns on all orders over ₹7999; A flat shipping rate of ₹250 is added for any returns under ₹7999 provided they meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.
Condition-Based Credit: Returned items must be in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with All original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

To Initiate a Return

Please ensure you provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Please Note
Items Not Eligible for Return: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags and packaging will not be accepted for return or store credit.
Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item. If you have requested a store credit, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your store credit.
