NAK(ed) Layers is an unraveling of what it means to be named, known, and ultimately, self-defined.
Broken down into three chapters
First Name, Nick Name, and Surname, this 21-look collection explores the fluid relationship between who we are, who we’re becoming, and who we’re expected to be.

JUDGE BY ITS COVER.
NAK’s tagline 'Judge by its Cover', turns the common phrase Don’t judge a book by its cover on its head. It invites you to embrace the power of first impressions and self-expression through clothing. It suggests that your garments are meant to captivate and communicate at first glance.
Dressing is a form of artistic expression, and great art deserves conversation.
The First Name (N) represents the earliest version of self—the identity you seek to define. It’s exploratory, uncertain, and bold. The first seven looks embrace this spirit through experimental silhouettes, unexpected textures, and sculptural design—an outward expression of inward questioning.
The Nick Name (A) is what only a few call you. It signifies intimacy, trust, and the comfort of being truly seen. These next seven looks reflect softness, fluidity, and ease—voluminous shapes and drapes that cocoon the body, expressing freedom and familiarity.
Finally, the Surname (K) is the inherited name—the one that comes with expectations and structure. These last seven looks showcase strong tailoring, corsetry, and fitted silhouettes, exploring the tension between legacy and personal desire.
