Returns

Return Window:  We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions: 

• Returned items must be in their original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Free Returns: We offer free returns on all orders over ₹7999; A flat shipping rate of ₹250 is added for any returns under ₹7999 provided they meet the above conditions.

Refunds

Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.Condition-Based Credit: Returned items must be in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with All original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

To Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at returns@nunikakhungar.com within 14 days of receiving your order.Please ensure you provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Please Note

Items Not Eligible for Return: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags and packaging will not be accepted for return or store credit.

Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.

If you have requested a store credit, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your store credit.
